The listing shows that the Dimensity 9300 will feature a 1+3+4 CPU architecture. The main core is clocked at 3.25GHz and is likely a Cortex-X4 Prime. There are 3 Cortex-A720 performance cores clocked at 2.85GHz and 4 units clocked at 2.00GHz, which previous rumors have suggested are of the Cortex-A720 variety.

The ranking also confirms 16 GB of RAM and an impressive result with 2,139 points in the single-core test and 7,100 points in the multi-core test. Keep in mind that these are still prototype devices and we shouldn’t put too much stock in before we see the final hardware.
