Review of Infinix XPAD GT

Introduction

Last year Infinix launched the XPAD tablet with mid -range specifications at an incredibly affordable price. This year, slate is becoming a more powerful older brother aimed at games and streaming: the Infinix XPAD GT.

The Infinix XPAD GT offers a 13.0 -inch LCD screen with 2,880 x 1,840 pixels, 10 -bit color depth, update frequency at 144Hz and HDR10 support. It is powered by the Snapdragon 888 chip combined with 8 GB of RAM. There is no cellular option.

The XPAD GT also has eight speakers, there is a 13 MP rear camera with a LED flash and a huge 10,000 mAh battery capable of 33 W.

The only obvious defect on the specimen sheet is that the tablet arrives with Android 14 out of the box.

Unboxing the Infinix XPAD GT

The Infinix XPAD GT is shipped inside a thick paper box. In addition to the tablet itself, the package includes a 33 W charger, a USB cable and a book cover that also acts as a tablet support.

Infinix also provides a pair of cabal headphones similar to Earpods with USB-C connection and a USB-C-3.5 mm adapter. According to Infinix, the tablet is provided with the FM radio, so it is necessary that the tagged headphones are necessary to make it work. However, we did not find any pre -installed FM radio apps, so we couldn’t test how well it works.
