Less than a day ago we spotted the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A25 in the Geekbench online database and the listing revealed the fact that it will be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 1280 chipset. Now, less than 24 hours later, there’s already a list of key specs to check out, courtesy of a leakster at X.
According to him, the Galaxy A25 will have a 6.44-inch AMOLED touchscreen, a 50MP main rear camera, 8GB of RAM, and a 5,000mAh battery with support for 25W wired fast charging. Apparently, it is expected to run Android 14 with One UI 6 from day one, which means it won’t launch anytime soon. In fact, the leakster mentions the vague “in the next few months”, as you can see.

The chipset is also confirmed, while the 6.44″ screen size was already leaked in June alongside our first glimpse of the upcoming device via some leaked CAD-based renders.
That leak also brought us its dimensions: 162 x 77.5 x 8.3 mm. There is a 3.5mm headphone jack. That’s all we know about the A25 so far, but stay tuned and we’ll bring you new information as soon as we have it.
