Spotify is the latest streaming service to announce a price hike for its subscription plans. The world’s most popular music streaming service, boasting over 200 million Premium subscribers, will soon cost a little more.

Spotify Single award now it will cost $10.99 in the United States, €10.99 in France and £10.99 in the UK. Premium student will jump to $5.99/€5.99 while UK prices will remain at £5.99. THE Duo Award the plan will arrive at $14.99/€14.99/£14.99 while the Premium family the level now has a price $16.99/€17.99/£17.99 respectively. The new price tiers are already reflected on Spotify’s signup pages, while existing subscribers will receive a one-month grace period before the new prices take effect.

Spotify says the evolving market landscape coupled with the need to innovate and deliver value to fans and artists are the main reasons for the new price hikes. Spotify has yet to disclose pricing information for its lossless streaming plan dubbed Spotify Hi-Fi
