We recently had the pleasure of handling Honor’s Magic8 Pro and while we were in China we were also given the Magic8 Lite for a quick test.
Since this is still an unofficial phone, we can only share a few photos of the phone and the contents of the retail box.

Like most of its peers, the Honor Magic8 Lite comes with nothing more than a USB cable. It’s a USB-A to USB-C cable, just like the one that came with this phone’s predecessor. This means that the new phone could also support 66W charging.

There is a clear visual legacy here too. The new Lite looks like the old one with a distinctive camera island that has a color accent inside. The color in question is also similar, if not identical, to that of last year’s Magic7 Lite.
It’s still a dual-camera system, and given the visible markings on the island, the main camera once again sports a 108MP sensor.

The Honor Magic8 Lite will become official soon, but we can’t say when yet. Stay tuned!
