Microsoft will make next-generation games available on Xbox One through Xbox Cloud Gaming, the streaming service that powers Xbox Game Pass on mobile and tablet devices.
Speaking in a blog post, Microsoft confirmed the move, saying it will allow millions of Xbox One players to play next-generation games like Microsoft Flight Simulator and Redfall.
“For the millions of people playing on Xbox One consoles today, we can’t wait to share more about how we will bring many of these next-generation games, such as Microsoft Flight Simulator, to your console via Xbox Cloud Gaming, just like it is. we do with mobile devices, tablets and browsers, “Microsoft said.
It has not been made clear how exactly the process will work. Users will likely need a fast and stable internet connection and may also have to pay an Xbox Game Pass subscription fee to gain access to the cloud service.
