I think this is my second time on the site last time I got discouraged by the points and didn't make an account or I made one and lost it but I'm now half dedicated and even downloaded the reward app I even disabled my ad blocker but after watching just 1 ad I didn't get my points and it even said I reached my limit why did this happen

Try reopening the app, it should load the ad without issues. Sorry for the inconveniences, we're working on a fix

We don't delete accounts if old or inactive, so I suspect this wasn't really the same email, otherwise you would've logged-in with your original account. To find out, just search for mails by us in that inbox, you won't find any. The only way we can delete an account is if we're asked by the same user.
