  Notes: upgrading every "quest" in the game has the lowest cost even at higher levels. For example, upgrading Farmer will ALWAYS cost just 10 Potatoes and 1 Comrade, at ANY levels!
  
  To explain it better, as you can see from the screenshot below, basically everything has the same cost (comrades) as resources aren't an obstacle anymore due to the very low cost of each resource

I tested it on a new account right now, but I wasn't able to reproduce your issue. The mod worked perfectly on a new account, too. Please check the attached screenshot.

My advice is to try reinstalling the game.

Please read better the mod features if you're confused. The hack turns every upgrade cost into its cost at level 1. Your screenshot indeed proves it as you can buy 3990 roads. In order to buy Sewers too, as well, you just need to upgrade it for a few levels, in order to make it cheap for you to spend the amount of resources you'd spend to level it up from LEVEL 1 to LEVEL 2, which will be THE SAME COST you'll pay for each level with the mod, instead of paying an ever increasing amount of resources.

The screenshot is showing fine on my side, try refreshing the page Anyhow, what's shown in the screenshot is that every upgrade has the lowest cost (the amount you spend to level that quest from level 1 to level 2) at any levels.

OK so I used a workaround to get it yo work. If anyone else had the same issue I had use LP to remove license verification. After that worked like as charm

I tried it with LP but I get a "invalid receipt" error. However you can remove ads with LP.

Yeah I think this one's one of the few that LP doesn't work on sadly..
