I tried finding multiplayer data....
I wanted to make it a 1 racer race and modify track/race type etc etc etc and essentially create the perfect way to farm and cheat without being reported

For one multiplayer race and one race only, the very first one, the competition showed up but they did not move from their starting position, it was like playing solo.

Just let the game download the cache if you've installed the game before installing the modded version
