Have you tried clearing cache and then rebooting?It keeps kicking me out, it loads to the stories page but like 2 seconds later it closes the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice and it still kicks me out

Yes I have, and it still kicks me out, could it be because I am using the same device that I got banned on?
Hi @bbwi, I've just started a completed book but my tickets are still decreasing? Either way it should be OK because I can still read even if tickets are zero? Just wanna check in on this. Thanks!
Edit: oh sorry, made a mistake! It was actuallyg an incomplete book (All the Wrong Reasons), had a brain cramp. Check the completed books and all is good. Thanks so much.
Edit 2: just some more feedback...the 'day pass' hack works on most completed books but not for some. A couple that didn't work are Irresistibly Yours, Touch and Go. Just thought I'll leave the feedback here!

Yeah I also noticed that it doesn’t work on some community stories. I’m guessing if the book didn’t originally have a daypass, then the mod won’t work on it. Most of the books in the community section never had a daypass so that’s why.
But yeah it should be fine even if you have tickets decreasing!

If you got your device banned then it won’t work. It’s written in the instructions that you need an unbanned device.

Hi @bbwi, I did some more digging into the reason why some the day pass hack worked on some books and not others. Actually for the books that Chapters did give a free pass to, the hack works reverse and once the 24 hours are over, it flipped to being needing tickets. I've checked the books on my app needing tickets to play against Chapters' free day passes and this is what I found.
Also, the hack worked for community stories.

Edit: forgot to say, applies to passes that were successfully received. For example, I never received the Chapters' pass to '69 million things' and the hack works on that book for me.

I believe that you'll probably have to reset your phone or use a different Facebook or Google account than the one you were banned on.
I have been playing signed version and it was a blast! I kept on playing, and I can't stop! Thank you bbwi for the game 
.. Only one query though.. I notice after a while absorbed to this game, I saw my phone storage is decreasing even after I deleted unwanted photos/apps/song from the phone.. Is it because of the game? Will it take our internal storage more every time we played? I will change to new phone with larger storage in couple months but until then, the icon of not enough storage is distracting! Hahaha.. No worries, I still love the game nevertheless.. Thank you again bbwi

I installed signed version and it didnt recognize my banned account so I was able to connect to my other account for which I used wifi trick. Thank you for the mod it is amazing, the only thing that bothers me are daypasses. All daypasses that have been released since I have this mod are being cumulated. All of them expired but 7 of them so far have been popping up and I have to close them each time.
So for each daypass I get when it expires it is being added and popping all the time. I guess it is happening only with the mod because when I unistalled the mod and installed app from playstore all those daypasses have been gone. But when I cleared cache and installed mod all returned.

@nadia1701, just tap on the icon that looks like a gear/cogwheel on the upper right hand corner of the app. There will be an option that says 'clean' (with a brush icon) and you can clear the data of the books you have completed. Your data and choices will be saved. Just that when you reply the same book, you have download the resource files all over again. It doesn't change anything and will free up space in your phone.
If you go to Settings then Clean, you can delete the storage of books that you've played and are no longer playing. That should free up some storage since each book downloads fully when you open them. It'll keep your choices, in case you want to play them again.
