Have you given all the permissions to Lucky Patcher ?

Did you also try to update Lucky Patcher to the last version? Also, make sure to allow ALL permissions to Lucky Patcher by going to Phone -> Settings -> Lucky Patcher -> Permissions (or "Other Permissions"), and allow everything


From your mobile settings : Go to Apps search for Lucky Patcher and you need to activate ABOVE OTHER APPS

Lucky Patcher works so you can buy all the diamonds and packs for free. However, you still have to watch ads if it's voluntary (2x rewards, get all upgrades). I've noticed that in AnnaEnea's video, there were skip it's that you can buy but that option isn't available for me. Maybe an older version?
