  Cyber Knights is a turn-based tactical RPG in which you control a squad of runners and soldiers who are completing illegal contracts for the various powers that fight for control over the cities. Explore a massive persistent world with 10 battling factions, more than 600 contacts and citizens, over 500 shops, more than 400 battle combinations and danger lurking at every turn.
  
  It is the dawn of 2217, and the world has ended. Megacorporations provide humanity’s last survivors shelter in the vast dome cities of New Boston, New Berlin and others. Across the planet the Global Matrix has reunited the scattered survivors and reignited the fires of competition.

Seems like it doesn't work on my Android phone don't know what Android it is,(Android 13 or 14) but was able to download it on my Amazon fire tablet

Getting closer
Unfortunately...

A toast popped up saying that the data could not be injected.
This is on Android 13 non-rooted.

If I switch over to my Android 7 rooted...

So, it seems whichever method you are using (Titanium?) for the mod requires root authority and is blocked otherwise.

I'm pretty sure it's not root being required, as I tested it on Honor Magic5 Lite running Android 12 non-rooted. I suspect it has something to do with Android 13, but not having an Android 13 device in my hands, I can't test this behavior.

Tested on an Android 8.1 non-rooted device.
Apart from being denied playing due to device limit, the app installed and ran.
So, correct that it is not a rooted issue
Also correct that it appears to be an Android 13 up issue.

For those running Android 13+, you may want to redownload MOD 1 and MOD 2, specifically fixed by @Snailsoft which I personally thank, in order to work for your devices, as they didn't load correctly before.
