It doesn't mean you have to do 30 posts a day! But every day there must be the presence, if then you even post a day does nothing! it depends on the time that each of us has available

If you click your name at the top of the page (i am using a PC) then hover on the LEVEL PROGRESS bar it will let you know the progress of that level so far. or any of your posts will have the same thing under the username and avatar with a bar under it too.
