I say android, because computer games modded not only for hacks, but also for additional gameplay, like thousands mods for minecraft. As you see, minecraft is a big reference there, and it's not a coincidence. Now, let's look on all games, which have currency and/or inventory. What mods usually do for these, they make it infinite. Infinite money, infinite crystals, it's strangely common.
If there is health or energy, mods can make these infinite too, it's god mode. For damage it's one hit or damage multiplier.
Mega mods usually provide this all and tweakable with special menu.
And now, let's look on "creative gamemode". You can get everything you want in any amount you want. And you can build or check everything you want without preparations. Maybe there won't be rich history, because it would take not so much effort, but I'm not such player to spend a lot of time on one game. I like research, but I don't like routine.
Offline games are not a big deal, if they modified, they're modified, and that's all. But online games is another story. They may be competitive, with huge content, or both. For third case I can imagine test-drive, for first case there's no excuse for mod, but second... It's long, very long, good for players, bad for curious minds. I would rather let it go, than spend months of time for little bit of story/information.
So, what if every server-side game have special server with infinite possibilities for unlocking content, like, in-built mega mod? And every offline game being one step ahead and...
Oh, I can imagine this would never happen, at least not for every game at all.
