I think it could help.

It solves the network error issue, but the crowns are lost. Any other way to get more crowns.

z0ne, the password changes everytime a user download the file.
Since you didn't download the file for a long time, another VIP did it, and when the password changed, you tried to download the file, resulting in a "wrong password" error.

Next time, try to download it in time. Ask to P3triiX for another password, here or via PM and explain him what happened.
