I tested it on 3 devices and it worked. Do you have Proxy installed on Lucky Patcher? It's possible that it's not working for you because of that.

Try turning on the the 3rd and 4th switch on Lucky Patcher.

You dont have the proxy server for Lucky Patcher . Just open that up and down at the bottom of the screen there is a menu button that says switches. Click that and switch on the proxy for in app purchases and the proxy for license something or other. Let it download (it wont even take a second) and then go and try to purchase in game. It works.
