+Thanks, appreciate the help. Vanilla was a nice challenge off the start, but once you get about 50hrs in the game has no real goals. No "end game" as others have said. I found it kind of a promotional piece. What do you think?

From the MOD Features it says they do not decrease.

After I use 1 it goes to zero, I followed instructions right in installation.
