I installed the game, did an exit and restart, redid LP, even did a clean patch, and while I can get the shop to appear, LP doesn't work.
I reverted back to an older version and LP worked.

If I go to an earlier version it is good.
This isn't you or LP.
It must be new code not working on certain devices.
