It works fine on my Mozilla Browser test so I'll assume you're using javascript blocking extensions such as Adblock (as I can see from the screenshot). If you don't disable it, you can't make the Proceed button and other essential modules to properly load.

I've found a way. I use my phone to download it. Maybe its my browser. I already turned off my adblock. But still it does not proceed. Thanks for the help sir.
