On my side they're working fine, instant actions works, unlimited energy works and I can buy energy without spending any gems. I can't spend all my day playing the game to see if the whole gameplay is modded, but my first 2 hours resulted in a fully working mod.

The first thing I've tried is to buy gems. It never worked. Neither buying coins. To advance in the game you still need gems in order to rush quest progression. Every time I've tried to buy gems I get the message the application is not configured for purchases.
