Is it possible to make a Cheat Engine PC Table into a working Mod Menu inbuilt into an APK file?

It says it all in the title. (Context: Circle clickable popup you can use to modify values/Lock them on android)

I don´t think so. Maybe you can do it using Cheat Engine APK on your phone but making a cheat table in Cheat Engine on your PC and then exporting it to Android will not work. Why not just follow the MOD Menu tutorial here in the Tutorials section, it is a pinned thread and his tutorial (@Havanitos) explains it better than anyone else.
