Yes but you need to backup and restore before battle and the mod will and the story will change

even you use gg (game guardian ) tool he can not beat him
my all stats are 9999 event my spd but its useless

Every Kemco game has an OP charcter that you have to fight in case it detects that you didn't buy the game. It's like a fail safe for them in case you pass the license check
