It plays great but I cannot buy any land or any gems for free or real money. I click on the items and nothing happens.

I was concerned about that. It's why I didn't tag this with IAP.
Lots of people are having trouble with Lucky Patcher not working.
I am working on a second version that is hard coded.
It will take me a while.
You won't be charged extra.

Lucky Patcher modders know all too well how much the app is updated.
What many do not know is that the IAP Proxy hasn't been updated in years.
LP has two general methods of patching games - patch the DEX or use the Proxy.
The Proxy method is preferred as once done it works for all devices.
The DEX method has a better chance to work, however, it only works for the device on which it is patched.
As many modders are discovering, from Android 14 up LP has become less and less reliable, often not working at all. This is due to the outdated proxy.
As such, I have applied the DEX method for Mod 2.
It is already patched, you will just need to follow a few simple steps to make it work on your device.

First, obviously, you need to have LP installed.
Second, download and install Mod 2.
Don't run it, just install it.
Open LP and locate SeaTopia. It's usually the first in the list.

Select, Menu of Patches, APK Rebuilt

Check the box for UPDATE , and rebuild the app.

Wait for it...

Go to file once it completes.

Install (yes, again)

Update.

You only need do this once per device.
Now you can buy all the shop items, gems, daily buys.

When you "purchase" you will get a LP window rather than Playstore.

Select, YES.

Tens of thousands of gems, and other things.

Sorry about that extra bit of work, but until LP's proxy is updated this method works.
