  Run Meritous.exe after extraction and everything should work correctly.

  BASIC CONTROLS:
  
  Arrow keys - Move around. To walk through doors, simply walk up to
  them and push against them.
  
  Space - Charge your PSI circuit for attacking.
  
  Escape - Exit the game.
  
  H - View the help file.
  
  Tab - View the map (you can then use the arrow keys to scroll
  around the map.
  
  Enter - Activate a trigger tile that you are standing on.
  Enter is also used for various other things, such as
  for reading in-game dialogue.
  
  P - Pause the game.

  Last official build is v2, with numerous unofficial bug fixes and additions up to v4 for Android 9.
  v4+ extends support to Android 15.
  
  A one time internet connection on first run may be required to connect with a Debian repository for the games meritous-data.
  
  In addition, an unofficial v5 meritous-data improves upon graphics and sound. Unzip and copy into the Android data folder, overwriting the current files.
  
  Note: the games configuration menu only appears briefly when the game starts.
  You can specify where to store game data, internal or external and modify other options.
  I have provided a snapshot of the video settings that works best for most devices. On my higher end devices the option for a separate video stream works well, but crashed often on Android 11 and lower devices. You will need to experiment with your device.
