Hello @KDMT, there seems to be a very serious issue within the game. Upon entering and exiting the dungeon will cause your inventory to be wiped/reset. This include key items like the map can cause hard lock on the progress unless reinstalled the game therefore bringing you back to the beginning

Shops do not give the accurate amount of the resources in return since it only gives 3 pieces of it.

Is there a solution to this or has it been fixed on this one?

No, it didn't get fixed, it's still does the same garbage... I even told them about the problem with pictures in v2.0.6 and nobody did a thing about it.

I thought it was because of the internet so I tried entering the caves without connection this time and still the same problem
