The error "App not installed" usually happens for:

1) Unsigned MOD apk (can't apply here)
2) Game already installed (Google Play) and you are trying to overwrite apk without uninstalling the original game
3) MOD Apk not supported by ART runtime (lollipop don't have dalvik anymore)

WELL, THIS IS ACTUALLY THE FIRST MODDED GAME IVE TRIED TO INSTALL. EVERYTHING IS JUST ROM STUFF, LIKE TWRP CM11-CM12. STUFF LIKE THAT. I HAD TITANIUM BACKUP BUT REMOVED IT BTW

This mod is outdated, however there is an ongoing discussion on this topic, so I will leave it open, but please note this mod is not updated.

Anyway chances are the game has been modded with an unsupported version. Only thing I could suggest you is to wait for an update. I'll try to provide you the updated version as soon as I can!
