ZTE just went global with the nubia Red Magic 8S Pro and the phone will go on sale on July 27 in North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, Singapore and Mexico.

The key difference between the model destined for China and this one is the charging: the global nubia Red Magic 8S Pro comes with a 65W charger, instead of the 80W for the Chinese market. There is also a hard plastic case and a red USB cable.

The nubia Red Magi 8S Pro stays true to the square and flat design language of the series. This is the Platinum model with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. There’s also an Aurora with the same specs and a Midnight that comes in 12/256GB trims.

The phone has a beautiful design and construction. The sides are in matte metal, while the back panel has a circular pattern in brushed aluminum, obtained by 3D micro-engraving. It’s a very clean and distinct look that is both different from nubia’s recent boyish efforts and not a gaming phone overall.
