I cant seem to figure out how to use LP to get the modded free purchases to work properly. Any more detailed instruction would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

I know this app recently went offline, but I'm not sure what is going wrong. I haven't been prompted to give a license/login for sbenny (unsure where this should happen), The app says that Purchases cannot be made because there is no connection (obviously because this app just went offline Jan of this year I suppose), and I have set up LP and the app fresh twice now .
