The mod worked perfectly but there is a new version of the game. Is there anyway I can buy an updated mod and still use my previous game from where I stopped without losing all my progress? or everytime there is one update on the game I have to delete it and restart a new game with a new mod?

The mod worked perfectly but there is a new version of the game. Is there anyway I can buy an updated mod and still use my previous game from where I stopped without losing all my progress? or everytime there is one update on the game I have to delete it and restart a new game with a new mod?

When a mod update will be released, it'll be enough to install the new mod on top of the previous one, without uninstalling it. This way you won't lose your progresses.
