Finally I am able to figure out step by step procedure to unlock premium services of iSticker. Here it goes for benefits of all :-

1. Disable play protect in Google Play Store if asked.
2. Install Lucky Patcher .
3. Allow Lucky Patcher to change system settings. (System Settings - search for "Special Access" — "Change System Settings")
4. Update Lucky Patcher .
5. Enable switches espec those four on the top in Lucky Patcher .
6. Install iSticker. Run and exit.
7. Run iSticker. Go to "Settings" — Remove Watermark — Continue.
8. Lucky Patcher will now auto open. Tick both the options and then YES.
9. Go back to "Settings" — "Remove Watermark" — it will now enable.
10. Go back and "Check VIP Privileges". It will show "YOU ARE ALREADY ISTICKER VIP".
11. It's done. All premium stuff will now be enabled and can be used.
12. Incase doesn't work remove cache by going to System Settings - Apps - iSticker. In iSticker settings go to join VIP/ check VIP privileges, it may work. Try other options in the purchase (monthly, one time etc).
