Apple will offer more app pricing options to developers starting Spring 2023. The lowest supported price will be $0.29 while the highest price is now $10,000. Developers will also have the ability to price per storefront in 45 currencies across 175 territories. Apps and subscriptions will now be able to increase by $0.10 up to $10, $0.50 between $10 and $50, and so on.

App Store new flexible pricing options
Starting today, developers with subscription-based apps will be able to manage currency and taxes across different storefronts with the ability to select a local storefront and then auto-generate prices in other countries and currencies. The storefront pricing feature will roll out to all apps in Spring 2023.
For developers who distribute their apps worldwide, the App Store’s global equalization tools have given them an easy and convenient way to manage pricing in international markets. Today’s enhancements expand on these capabilities, allowing developers to keep their local currency constant at any store of their choice, even in the event of fluctuations in foreign currency and taxes.
Another new feature is the ability to evaluate apps and subscriptions beyond the standard $0.99 value with new options like $0.90 and $1.00 that will be useful for managing packages and annual plans. Additionally, developers will be able to set territorial pricing for their apps and subscriptions which will ensure that their products will not be impacted by the App Store’s automatic price adjustments.
