That being said, I would be very leary of this app and if you do use it, make sure your device has zero internet.

It attempts to impersonate the F-Droid store app and trick you into downloading apps.

None of the Settings set any feature and instead lead to more apps.

The app has internet access and grants itself access to you contacts.
Internal code grabs your contacts and sends them to malicious advertisers like Finsky and AirB&B. Worse, fake contacts are added!

What does file recovery have to do with AirB&B paying Finsky to steal your personal information?

I will note that the modder is not to blame.
The developer of this app took a bribe by malicious corporations and Google approved it, no doubt getting paid as well.
