During my tests, I was able to install it on my unrooted smartphone, so there shouldn't be any fixes needed.

My suggestion is to make sure to uninstall the previous version before installing this one, as this could fix the issue.

Alternatively:

1) Install the Google Play version of this game
2) Uninstall it
3) Reboot your smartphone
4) Install the mod apk now

Furthermore, please avoid installing it on emulators as the app failed to run on my checks.

No, I tried those steps and it does not work. I've never had this problem before.

You must’ve used witchcraft or something did you just install it or did you have to put in a folder?

Well I had a previous version and I deleted it then I downloaded this version and installed it w/o putting it in any folder. Just when I was prompted to install after download I acctepted

Even though I was able to install it without problems on my smartphone, I decided to apply a hotfix in the hope it can help those having problems installing it, so please redownload the mod now and see if it works, thanks PS: a feedback would be appreciated! ^^
