try downloading and installing it again, the apk can also get corrupt while downloading

I think it's the posted apk problem, it's said that the app size is only 2.60 mb, which seems a bit smale to me, i have problems with the packaging too

the apk is different than usual that's why the size is small and i tried installing the mod in other my other device too and there was no problem while installing.
I suggest you to try signing apk, you will find apk signer on play store try that to sign this apk.
