Valid point by @BoredPanda with the latest LuckyPatcher there is a new component that needs installing called Proxy Server for Inapp emulation. You need to install this on Lucky Patcher .
ill try to do an up to date LuckyPatcher Guide Today.

If you are having problems like some listed above with crashes during purchasing then your luckypatcher is incorrectly configured, so follow the guide.
If you are not having issues - then carry on and just enjoy the game

LP is kinda insane...been trying it on multiple apps
